Suspended

Mukhang suspended muna ako sa paglalaro ng Yaw Yan. I was hit my a fellow martial artist in the face, thus creating a septal deviation.  Will update you once its okay.

First Fighting Event ( na napanood ko lang..hehehe)

Since may upcoming event na sasalihan yung team, na-interesa akong panoorin yun kasi ayun ang kauna-unahang fighting event ang mapupuntahan ko sa buong buhay ko.


The event was the Extreme Knockout. This was supposed to be held at the Amoranto Sports Complex ( as written sa ticket ) pero last minute change venue. It was held at the Gymnasium along Malakas St., V. Luna Extension, QC. We went there around 4:00 PM in the afternoon, after the 1:00-3:00 PM session...we closed the gym and went to the place.

The Ring

So with a few people from the gym, we waited for the event to start. As usual, Filipino time. Indicated sa ticket na 4:00PM pero nagsimula yung first match ng 6:00PM. Anyhow, we only waited for the fights of our comrades Jojo, Sir Carl, Sir Robin and Sherwin. There were a couple of fights before our comrades took the ring. Jojo fought first. Then Sir Robin, Sir Carl and Sherwin sequentially.

It was very interesting event since first time ko nga, medyo nanibago ako sa type of fighting. Hindi naman madugo as I expected, but its very physical talaga. I'll never forget yung Jumping Roundhouse Kick na ginawa ni Sir Robin na nakapagpatumba ng opponent nya. Kahit tapos na yung laban, dumudugo pa rin yung ilong. Ang balita ko, wasak daw yung nose bridge. Isa pa is yung Arm Bar ni Sir Carl. Ewan ko kung nabalian yung opponent nya.

But over all it was a good fight to watch. Hopefully, ako din sana makalaban...
